Gymnastics Seminars
Three hours of hands on instruction broken up into two sessions with a small break in between. Open to all skill levels. Attendees will learn drills, progressions and maximize efficiency for CrossFit Gymnastics movements such as Kipping (Chest-to-bar) Pull-ups, Toes-to-bars, Butterfly (Chest-to-bar) Pull-ups, Bar and Ring Muscle-ups, Kipping & Strict Handstand Push Ups, Ring Dips, Pistol Squats and the Handstand Walk. The specific content is pre-tuned to the level and goals of the group.
Seminars in Weightlifting, Powerlifting or CrossFit in general are also an option.
